We’ve been harvesting this morning and will have the following at markets:

  • Tomatoes (of course)
  • Potatoes
  • Salad Mix
  • Stir-Fry Greens
  • Broadbeans
  • Celery
  • Beetroot
  • Onion
  • Garlic

And we’ve made up fresh batches of Kombucha.

We’ll have fresh, organic, yearling beef this week plus Hillside Pastured Chicken.

It’s nearly Autumn and the bees are abuzz in the garden, and it is delivering delicious seasonal fare…

We’ll have fresh, organic yearling beef from Saturday, but are harvesting the following now:

Bungendore Harvest Festival even Bigger and Better in 2018

After a successful debut in 2017, the Bungendore Harvest Festival is back for its second year with a large number of new stalls and local businesses showing off their wares.

The Southern Harvest Association is again hosting the weekend long celebration of local food, farming and fibre from 16 – 18 March 2018.

Last year’s Harvest Festival saw approximately 5,000 tourists head to Bungendore across the weekend from Canberra, surrounding regions, and Sydney.

A bit of cooler weather has settled things down in the garden, although the grasshoppers are still trying to have a feast.

The garden is abundant, so apart from fresh lamb and chicken this week (as well as the last of the been in the freezer), we’ll have:
