From Caroola This Week

What a week it was last week at Queanbeyan, and we are looking forward to tomorrow too!

We’re in the midst of garlic harvest, raising ducklings, planting out seedlings and more…

This week we will have Fresh Organic Pastured Pork, literally just picked up from the butcher in the last few hours:

  • Preservative and Gluten Free Sausages
  • Pork Mince
  • Loin Chops
  • Butterfly Chops
  • Pork Belly
  • Spare Ribs
  • Trotters
  • Roasts and more…

We’ll be doing sausage tasters at the markets this week!

Duck eggs and Chicken eggs will be available plus a range of stocks, broths and herbal teas.

From the garden:

  • Garlic – yep, nice crispy, fresh stuff!
  • Spring Onions
  • Salad Mix
  • Stir-Fry Greens
  • Kale
  • Silverbeet
  • Broadbeans

and whatever other tasty morsels we can find!

We’ll be at:

  • Queanbeyan Thursday 3pm-6pm
  • Bungendore Saturday 9am-12noon
  • Southside Sunday 8am-11.30
