On the farm
Going from lots of rain to lots of heat and wind has been challenging, so much of our time is spent watering. We’ve finally harvested all of the garlic and have been able to plant out those beds to green manure to keep the fertility cycle going. It’s great to see the zucchinis, tomatoes and basil go in and the coriander and broadbeans have really taken off.
We had a fantastic Introduction to Permaculture weekend just gone, if you want to know about other upcoming permaculture courses on the farm go to Permaculture eXchange.
