On the Farm
We are back in the swing of things on the farm, and the veggies are just taking off! Come on down to the farmers market and get a load of greens!
The garlic is a little slower this year (see pix below) so, it looks like a December harvest.
We welcomed our new bees this week – thanks to Wynlen House in Braidwood and Scott from Bees R Us for facilitating a swarm. They are very happy and will no doubt aid our vegetable pollination for years to come.
It’s also snake season, and sometimes they have accidents like getting caught in the bird netting – check out the red-belly Paul untangled and released, it’s almost as tall (long) as me!
Loving the intermittent rain with the sunshine! Back to work 😉
