This is a unique opportunity to learn about SCPA Organics and to see how organic production systems have been implemented on the properties of 2 SCPA Organics members.

There are 2 events in October:

Sunday 18 October at Brogo Permaculture Gardens, property of John & Sharon Champagne
Sunday 25 October at Caroola Farm, Mulloon, property of Penny Kothe & Paul McKinnon

If you’ve ever wondered what is involved in converting to organic production, or what it actually means for a product to be ‘certified organic’, then this is for you.

10.00-11.00: Introduction to SCPA Organics
11-12.30:      Understanding the Implementation of Organic Management Principles
12.30-1.30:   BYO shared lunch
1.30-3.00:     Property tour

Price: SCPA Members free, non-members $5. Notes provided.
BYO: plate to share for lunch. Tea and coffee provided.
