We’ve just processed premium beef mince – great for making your own hamburgers, spag bol, nachos and more – especially with all the lovely veg we have on offer this week too.
As mentioned, we’ve started creating cordials from on-farm, local and community produce and have made these into refreshing drinks you can drink cold on the spot too… find out which one is your favourite!
We’ll start with the following this week (we don’t usually end up with much left though…)

- Zucchini Flowers
- Cabbage Salad
- New potatoes
- Caroola Produce Preserves
- (And don’t tell anyone, but we have Rhubarb and Vanilla Sorbet in the freezer, we keep eggs in the farm shop, we have fresh local honey and we even have some fresh plums and blackberries 😉
Bulk Garlic buys $15 for 500g and $30 for 1kg plus postage (not braided) – just reply to this email and let us know how much you want, the email address to invoice you on and the address you’d like them sent to. We do have limited stocks left.
It’s been busy in the garden slashing and mowing, so we can at least see the snakes, and the wind has kept down a little which makes watering easier.
We potted up more seedlings and got another round of potatoes into the ground – yay!!!
Our fencing is being improved weekly and we can now manage to wean our older calves and even keep the sheep in their desired paddocks – it’s great to be able to give some of the paddocks long and well-deserved rest to focus on growing native pastures.
