The garden is abundant!

A bit of cooler weather has settled things down in the garden, although the grasshoppers are still trying to have a feast.

The garden is abundant, so apart from fresh lamb and chicken this week (as well as the last of the been in the freezer), we’ll have:

  • Tomatoes
  • Zucchini
  • Squash
  • Broadbeans (yes, really)
  • Salad Mix
  • Stir-Fry Greens
  • Spring Onions
  • Onions
  • Potatoes
  • Kale
  • Beetroot
  • and Blackberries – yum.

We’ll also have chilled Kombucha at the markets.

We’ve been busy weeding and planting out more garden greens this week to keep up with demand 🙂

We contributed to a fantastic Introduction to Permaculture Course over the weekend and are now busy helping plan for the Bungendore Harvest Festival (16-18 March) and the Australasian Permaculture Convergence (15-19 April) – no rest yet!
