The good news, and the bad (not soo bad)

The good news comes in multiple formats:

We will have FRESH Hillside Pastured Chicken for all three markets this week – Queanbeyan, Bungendore and Southside.

PLUS we have FRESH, organic, grass-fed yearling Beef – you really can’t get better than that.

On the veggie front we’ll have:

  • Potatoes
  • Radishes ( like really awesome ones πŸ™‚
  • Onions
  • Zucchini
  • Tomato
  • Spring Onion
  • Celery
  • Salad Mix
  • Stir-Fry Greens
  • Garlic
  • Squash
  • Kale

and probably other stuff I’m yet to discover in the garden tomorrow.

Oh, and kombucha of course – this week: Strawberry, Blackberry, Blueberry and Nashi.

The REAL good news is that our coolroom is finally fixed – but, just in time as the tyre blew on our market ‘horsefloat’ on the way back from Southside last week, and, the truck bringing the new tyres has broken down, so our market trailer is still broken – ahh well, at least we have the coolroom!!

We’ve spent the week weeding and planting out greens, nice cooler weather, but not so for Thursday πŸ™
