Wet, Wet, Wet :-)

Yay, a whole day of rain – 47.5mm and the garden swales are full.

With the NEW Queanbeyan Farmers Market this Thursday, we are getting ready this week for a double harvest of:

  • Broadbeans
  • Fresh garlic
  • Salad mix
  • Stir-fry greens
  • Silverbeet
  • Rainbow Chard
  • Turnips
  • Radishes
  • Kale
  • Leek and Spring Onions

We’ve done up a new batch of Chicken Stock and Apple Cider Vinegar.

We have Caroola Farm Chorizo and Bratwurst in hand and will be doing tasters at the markets, so come on down and find us – plus we have organic, pastured pork mince and gluten and preservative free sausages.

On the beef front we’ll have a full range of organic grass-fed beef including sausages, mince, steaks, diced beef and more.

And we’ll have chicken from Hillside Pastured Farm too…
